This Nashville-based blues rock band has had an extraordinary run since
winning the 2024 International Blues
Challenge for Best Band, but they’ve just made history as the first
band in forty years to clinch the "Blues Trifecta" taking home IBC wins
for Best Band and best self-produced CD, along with the 2025 Blues Music
Award for Best Emerging Artist Album. Their
2024 album 'Revelation' debuted at number one on the Billboard Top
Blues Albums chart, and they’ve just dropped their second album, 'Good
Company,' on August 29.
Piper and the Hard Times
are currently on a September and October US tour. Their story has an
emotional dimension as well: on June 4, 2025, their lead singer Al
"Piper" Green was diagnosed with advanced cancer,
but he’s still pouring his heart into performing and connecting with
fans. With more than 5,200 engaged followers, their reach is passionate
