No Name Faces

No Name Faces are one of the most exciting modern metal bands from Sweden at the moment. Self built and self funded, they have already built a solid fan base all over the world with almost 10k subs on YouTube and 15 million streams on Spotify, over a relatively short period of time. Growing every day. NNF has been described as metal in a pop costume, heavily influenced by film music.

A strong desire to constantly explore and learn from other genres, to add new ingredients into their own music. Morgan who started the band and writes the majority of the music has a clear idea of how it needs to be done: - "I always write music that I love and would listen to myself, without compromising. A wide range of styles and moods but with a solid thread running through. Highly relatable lyrics that can be a helping hand in difficult times, such as Scars, Speak etc. It has become the NNF identity, and we are sticking to it."

Gardenhead

Gardenhead's music can best be described as a mix of prog-rock and alternative metal. Not afraid to experiment, they incorporate everything from flamenco rhythms to stoner fuzz in their songs and although the band extends its branches to many genres, the songs are melodic and made with pop sensibilities in mind. The album blends heavy off-kilter riffs with atmospheric textures and dynamic vocal performances. The first single off of the album "The Ordeal" was mixed by Forrester Savell (Karnivool, SkyHarbor). Grammy-winning sound engineer and producer Darrell Thorp (Foo Fighters, Radiohead) was so thrilled by the song that he wanted to mix a new version of it and use it as teaching material on his mixing academy course. The album has been streamed around 25 000 times in the first two weeks from release.

The gardening is done by Andy (drums), Eero (guitar), Antti (bass) and Jonne (vocals and guitar). Currently the fellas are getting ready for their spring and summer tour so stay tuned for that!

Darkness Is My Canvas

Darkness Is My Canvas (DIMC) was founded in Helsinki in 2017. The band plays melodic rock combined with progressive elements, stylistically influenced by bands such as Muse, Queen, Pink Floyd, Leprous, and on occasion also Porcupine Tree and My Chemical Romance. Their catchy melodies have many musical hooks, and the band likes to throw curve balls at the audience by changing time and style mid-song - and they do this completely intentionally. The imaginative sound of DIMC wells up from the melody-rich guitar playing of Panu and the voice of Pete, who, some say, sounds like the young David Bowie.

All the songs of DIMC come from the mind and pen of Pete and Panu, who are also the “founding fathers” of the band. They also play all the other instruments in the studio beside the drums, which are trusted to some of the top drummers in Finland. The mastering is done by none other than Grammy Award winner Nicolas Fournier (LA) who’s had his hands on many recordings by many of the band’s idols (Muse, Linkin Park, Adam Lambert, etc.).

DIMC was founded on what was left from the previous band of multi-instrumentalist Panu and lead singer/guitarist Pete. It was called May:Day, and it represented some sort of an amalgamation of Finnish progressive rock of the 70s and more modern Finnish rock music. Should someone want to listen to their album “I”, they will find it by digging through the Internet, as it has not been officially released. DIMC needed to distinguish themselves from the previous band as they changed their language from Finnish to English and their style became more nuanced.

To date, DIMC has released one EP called “Monsters'' and one single called “The Game”. Also couple of singles 'Fade Into The White Noise' & Drown is released from the upcoming White Noise EP. Their songs have been listened quite nicely from streaming services such as Spotify, in which the counter reached 250 000 this September.

Armored Dawn

Find a concept, work with the right partners and invest in the potential to pursue your dreams. From this perspective, Armored Dawn was born in 2014 and within a few years became relevant in the Brazilian metal scene. After all, they toured alongside great bands such as Saxon, Megadeth, Scorpions, Whitesnake, Europe, Hammerfall, Rhapsody, Fates Warning, Sabaton, Tarja Turunen, in addition to joining Motörboat, the cruise of the legendary band Motörhead.

The first two albums, Power of Warrior (2016) and Barbarians in Black (2018), were produced by important professionals such as Tommy Hansen (Helloween, Jorn), Bruno Agra (We Are Harlot) and Kato Khandwala (The Pretty Reckless, Papa Roach). The third, Viking Zombie, was produced, mixed and mastered by Rodrigo Oliveira and Heros Trench, who is a veteran producer, with more than 200 bands under his belt and a Latin Grammy winner.

Presenting a sophisticated and versatile metal, the group collects great works in music videos, such as the very special production “Sail Away” and “Beware of the Dragon”, shown in all movie theaters in Brazil during the trailers for the 2018 Aquaman movie. Besides, “Ragnarok” and “Animal Uncaged” (recorded at the Rockfest festival, at Allianz Parque, São Paulo, when they played to around 37,000 people) have millions of views on YouTube.

During the pandemic, they released the single “Stronger Together”, very well accepted by the fans, as well as the most recent, “S.O.S.”, which came out last July.

The fourth album in Armored Dawn's career is currently being produced by the band.

Luminatus

Luminatus is a tale of perseverence. Formed in November 2009 as a symphonic metal cover band, performing the songs of Nightwish, Within Temptation, and Sirenia, among others, the band has weathered dozens of lineup changes, a pregnancy, a rehearsal studio fire, the mysterious disappearance of their promoter, and of course, Covid. Two members remain from the beginning: vocalist Holly McGinty, an operatic soprano from Yokohama, Japan, who originally fronted the symphonic metal band Adavant, and Dale Skutt, keyboardist and vocalist, who achieved modest college radio successin the early 2000s as bassist/vocalist of the pop-punk band Driver 6, signed to Liquid8 Records. He is also a sound designer, composer, and voice actor for Forteller Games, having worked on Gloomhaven, Frosthaven, The Isofarian Guard, Kinfire Chronicles, and Jaws of the Lion, as well as having composed music for Titan Motorcycles, the film 13 Hours in a Warehouse, and the video game Dice Tactics, and has collaborated and performed with Steven Patrick of Holy Soldier and legendary blues drummer Chico Chism.

Having released their first album "Forbidden Passages" in November 2016, several years passed again in a constantly rotating lineup until finally settling in with guitar prodigy Conrad Varela, winner of Alice Cooper's 2019 Proof in the Pudding" contest. He has also played in Cooper's backing band as well as backing Geoff Tate of Queensryche. Also joining Luminatus was Conrad's father, Rich Varela, on bass and JP Jones, formerly of Attic Toys, Veyron Crash, and Corridor 16. In November 2021, they recorded a collection of singles, aptly titled "The Singles," featuring vocals on "Frozen Waterfall" by Lane Lariviere of Run Definitely Run, with whom Luminatus has shared the stage at Phoenix ComiCon, DevCon, and other numerous festivals. Previously, Holly and Dale had sung backing vocals for RDR as well.

Luminatus has shared the stage with numerous powerhouses of metal, such as Sonata Arctica, Primal Fear, Alestorm, Ne Obliviscaris, and Arkona.

Mäle

An intense fusion of Italian, melodic audacity and a British taste for outrageous and elegant power, alternative rock outfit Mäle is the vision of Alessandro Medri, Italian songwriter, singer and guitarist, and Mike Krompass, British/Canadian multi-platinum producer and multi-instrumentalist.

'Lost in Paradise' will be the first single to be released. Extract from the forthcoming full-length album, untitled yet, that has been written in Italy at Accademia 49 and recorded and mixed at BASE Culture Studios in Sheffield, UK.

Mäle was born in 2019, from the ashes of the twenty-year metalcore scene of the north-east coast of Italy, Figure Of Six and Creep, with Alessandro Medri (ex-Figure Of Six Vocalist), Matteo Troiano (ex-Figure Of Six Guitar) and Jonathan Montalti (ex-Creep Bass) .

After a year of pre-production, Alessandro met Mike Krompass (Nelly Furtado, Smash Mouth, Steven Tyler, Billy Sheehan, Dead Romantic ...), who recently moved to the UK from the United States.

From this encounter arises an artistic collaboration and a new friendship, which leads to the production of 10 songs.

Simultaneously with the recording and mixing sessions at the Base Culture's Studio in Sheffield (owned by Mike Krompass), in Italy Alessandro and Jonathan were building the line-up that would bring the project live.

Two videos were recorded and two photo shoots were made with Fabrizio Cilindro (Ex Creep), who assumed the Interim on drums but, had to part away from the band.

Auditions were opened to complete the clan and after having tried dozens of musicians, in the summer of 2022 Andrea Macrelli on guitar (Several Union) and Mattia Vagnoni on drums (When You Collapse) joined the band to complete the line-up.
